This is the first time I’ve seen this type of hawk. Perched in a row of border pines above a bird feeding area, he was looking for lunch. He stuck around for about half an hour so I could take his portrait. Used a 55-300mm to get a nice, close shot.

Autumn in Connecticut

It’s been a few weeks since I posted – - launching a sister website, publicity and new projects have kept me busy. But this weekend I took time out for a river walk near my home in northern CT to check in on autumn. This year is not one of the stronger seasons, but nonetheless, it’s great to get outside and capture the change. The light, cloud formations and reflection that day were amazing. Enjoy!

International Catalog Feature

I’m so proud to share the first print publication of my work and in the International retail interiors market no less. The Cotto D’Este 2011 catalog features a 6-page spread of the Ilori Boutique photographed by yours truly in August of 2009. An amazing retail store design offering sunglesses priced from $50-$25,000. I thoroughly enjoyed the photo shoot project and send my appreciation to the Permasteelisa NA Group for the project, and to the Cotto D’Este company for featuring my work, including the photo credit.
Exclusive Photography, Client Website Goes Live

A new client website went live today with our exclusive photography throughout. The project took about 3 months start to finish and was a complete refresh of an existing, outdated website. Tailoring the site with custom photography vs. purchasing stock images really provides a sense of what their firm is about and what they offer to their clients. Congratulations to our client, we’re thrilled to see the site go live!
