Queen Anne’s Lace

Late summer the blooms begin. They grow on the side of the highway or a parking lot, edge of a meadow or field, and they are beautiful. Each unique like snowflakes. I could photograph them for hours given the chance and often times the best spots to be with them will probably get me nearly hit by a car. Next to milkweed, #QueenAnnesLace is a favorite and also symbolizes the wind down of summer. Soon I’ll see swallows stacking next to one another on the telephone lines in my neighborhood. I welcome the change of season on this beautiful earth and the signals they bring with them. #HCP #SuffieldPhotography #HeatherConleyPhotography #Gardens #Flowers #Nature
